Whether you’re exploring support for yourself, a family member, or someone you support professionally, we’re here to help answer your questions.

Getting Started

We provide remote support through phone and video-based connection that helps people stay connected, supported, and independent at home. Depending on someone’s needs, support can include regular check-ins, emotional support, wellness check-ins, and on-demand connection with a live member of our team.
No. We keep things simple. Many services work with a phone or other easy-to-use devices, and we’ll help make sure people have the support and technology they need to get started.
Support may be helpful for people who would benefit from additional connection, regular check-ins, emotional support, reminders, coaching, or added reassurance throughout the day. We support aging adults, adults with disabilities, neurodiverse adults, family caregivers, and others seeking greater independence and connection.
Support is flexible. Some people benefit from daily support, while others may only need occasional check-ins, on-demand support, or additional reassurance during specific times or life transitions.
Apollo supports individuals through a variety of funding pathways, including private pay, Medicaid and waiver services in some locations, long-term care insurance, and other funding sources. Our team can help you explore options and determine what may be available based on your situation.

24/7 support provides access to assistance at any time of day or night. Depending on the support plan, individuals may have scheduled support, overnight reassurance, or the ability to reach out whenever support is needed.

Safety & Check-Ins

We’ll attempt follow-up contact. If we’re unable to reach the individual after multiple attempts and there is concern for their well-being, a designated family member, caregiver, or support contact can be notified.
When concerns arise, we follow established support and escalation procedures. Depending on the situation, that may include contacting family members, caregivers, members of the support network, or emergency responders when appropriate.
No. While some support plans may include technology and safety-related features, our services focus on ongoing human connection, support, communication, and responsiveness rather than emergency response alone.

Family & Care Team Involvement

Yes. Family members, caregivers, case managers, providers, and other trusted supporters can stay informed and involved when appropriate and authorized.
A Circle of Care refers to the people who help support an individual, which may include family members, friends, caregivers, providers, case managers, healthcare professionals, and other trusted supporters. We work alongside these existing support networks to strengthen communication and coordination.
We work alongside existing supports and services, helping strengthen communication, continuity, and follow-through between scheduled visits and services.

Services, Funding & Eligibility

Not always. We often work alongside family caregivers, in-home providers, and existing support systems. For some individuals, remote support may complement or reduce the need for more intensive in-person services, but every situation is different.
